Practical details before you inquire.
How does pricing work?
Every event is quoted around the actual scope. Your date, location, coverage time, entertainment team, guest count and any lighting, photo booth, live music or enhancement options all affect the proposal. Start with your event details and we’ll build the right combination without publishing one-size-fits-all packages.
What deposit is required to reserve a date?
A 25% deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance and payment schedule are confirmed in your agreement so everything is clear before you book.
How far in advance should we book?
Once your date and venue are set, it is worth checking availability. Popular spring and fall Saturdays, holiday-party dates and other high-demand weekends can book well ahead.
Do you bring backup equipment?
Yes. Our event planning includes backup arrangements for critical equipment, along with advance coordination for room layout, sound coverage, power and venue logistics.
Are you insured?
Yes. All Generations Entertainment carries liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance when a venue requests one.
What happens after we book?
You’ll have access to our online planning portal to organize music preferences, timeline details, names and pronunciations, key moments and event logistics. We review the plan with you before the event and coordinate the entertainment team around it.
