Good things to know before you book.

What is the difference between uplighting and intelligent lighting?

Uplighting adds color and architectural definition around the room. Intelligent lighting can move, change and focus during different parts of the event, making it better suited to entrances, formalities and the dance floor.

Do you provide LED video walls and TV screens?

Yes. LED video walls and TV displays are available for event branding, presentations, slideshows, video playback and custom event visuals. The right display size and placement depends on the room and how guests need to view the content.

What is pinspot lighting used for?

Pinspots are narrow, focused beams used to highlight details such as centerpieces, cakes, floral pieces or displays. They are different from room-wide uplighting or moving dance-floor lighting.

How much lighting does our venue need?

That depends on room size, ceiling height, existing venue lighting, layout and the look you want. We would rather scale production to the actual room than sell the same lighting package for every venue.

Can lighting match our wedding colors?

Uplighting and other programmable fixtures can be coordinated with an event palette where the equipment and venue conditions allow. We also consider how the selected colors will look in photographs and throughout the room.

Will dance-floor lighting be running during dinner?

Not necessarily. Lighting can change with the timeline so dinner and formal moments feel different from open dancing. The production should support each part of the event instead of running at full energy all night.
